Colorado-resident Kevin Heupel brings 10 years of legal experience to his position as the President of Heupel Law, P.C. a firm that specializes in consumer bankruptcy, debt relief, administrative law, and professional licensing defense. In addition to its specialties, Heupel Law also provides legal services in business, estate planning, family and divorce law, and general litigation. Heupel Law, P.C. is unique in that Kevin Heupel personally oversees each case from start to finish. He consults regularly with clients and ensures that their cases are treated with the utmost respect and discretion.

Colorado Bankruptcy Help is a division of Heupel Law that specializes in providing legal services to individuals who need to file bankruptcy. Kevin Heupel represents Colorado Bankruptcy Help at trustee meetings and when he consults with clients, drafts and files bankruptcy petitions, and helps guide his clients through the complex process of declaring bankruptcy. Kevin Heupel's clients are always his main priority, and he assists them in making a fresh start with their finances.

Kevin Heupel is a member of several organizations for legal professionals, including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Colorado Bar Association. Kevin Heupel studied Finance and Accounting as an undergraduate and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado’s School of Business. Shortly thereafter, Kevin Heupel entered the University of Colorado’s School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1998.

When he is not working, Kevin Heupel enjoys playing golf, and he is a member of the United States Golf Association. He also enjoys other outdoor activities, like hiking and skiing. Additionally, Kevin Heupel donates his time and legal skills to the Victim Assistance and Law Enforcement Board, assisting clients who could not afford legal services otherwise.
