Stelio Kalkounos is a restaurant entrepreneur. Stelio loves to provide guests with surpassed expectation in terms of service and quality. Mr. Kalkounos has a passion for wine and fine foods. His dream is to start a vineyard here in the US.

Stelio Kalkounos attended Fremd High School in Palatine and received his degree in Philosophy from Loyala University in Chicago. He also minored in International Business.
